Thousands of people have something interesting to say about sleep and insomnia. I thought I might share with you some of the ones I found most amusing, or enlightening. Mostly I opted for funny because there aren't many positive alternatives to laughter. I know insomnia is a serious subject, I suffered with it myself for years before using the techniques I give you here, but all the same, I'm a laugh not cry kinda guy.
